Banyan Tree Dubai Introduces 178 Guestrooms to Bluewaters Dubai Coastline


Luxury hospitality leader Banyan Tree has opened its first property in Dubai, welcoming guests to a modern beach sanctuary on the UAE’s 52nd Union Day. Situated on Bluewaters Dubai, the resort offers a vibrant lifestyle destination with residential, retail, and entertainment options.

The property features 178 rooms designed by BLINK Design, ranging from 54 sqm to 315 sqm. The accommodations are characterized by warm, organic textures and local touches that create an inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy panoramic ocean views from their balconies and access to three temperature-controlled swimming pools.

In addition to the hotel rooms, Banyan Tree Residences Dubai offers fully furnished private apartments in one, two, three-and four-bedroom configurations. Residents will have access to five-star hotel amenities and dedicated concierge services.

The resort boasts seven dining experiences offering French Mediterranean cuisine at Alizee; playful Chinese dishes at Demon Duck; Japanese classics at TakaHisa; cocktails and live music at Havana Social Club; rare teas at Japanese Tea Lounge Tocha; and Mediterranean tapas at The Shack.
